Return & Refund Policy – WearBox

At WearBox, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Try & Buy service ensures you only pay for what you love. Here’s how our return and refund policy works:


1. Try & Buy Orders (Jaipur Only)

  • You can select up to 5 items for home trial.

  • Try them at the time of delivery.

  • Keep what you like and return the rest instantly — no questions asked.

  • You only pay for the items you keep. No charges for returned items.


2. Prepaid Orders / COD (Outside Jaipur / All India)

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, only if:

    • The item is damaged or defective

    • The wrong item was delivered

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval.


3. Refunds

  • For Try & Buy orders: no payment = no refund needed.

  • For prepaid orders:

    • Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • No refund will be processed if the returned item fails quality check.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, or used products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Accessories and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
